Information pursuant to article 13 of the personal data protection Code (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 Consolidation Act collecting rules relating to protection of individuals and other subjects regarding the processing of the personal data). Dear Mr./Mrs., we wish to advice you, pursuant to article 13 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 (hereinafter referred to as "Code on Privacy" or "Code"), that the information and data supplied by you or otherwise collected within this contact form shall be processed BY Bendoni Communication S.r.l. in compliance with the Code. Therefore, pursuant to article 13 of the Code, we supply the following information: The data processing has the following purposes: a) Gathering your requests for information and provide you with the related answers, information, data, etc b) Adoption of initiatives in order to improve the services supplied to our customers, like market researches, interactive commercial communications, economic analyses and statistics, commercial information, direct marketing, delivery of informative/promotional material, survey of Customers' satisfaction degree. In such cases, you are not obliged to provide your prior consent to the processing of your personal data and an eventual denial shall not determine any consequence. Your denial shall only prevent Bendoni Communication S.r.l. from providing the requested information. With reference to the above indicated purposes, the processing of your personal shall be carried out in compliance with the laws in force, by means of electronic and/or telematic means, throughout a logic closely connected to the above indicated purposes, in order to guarantee the security and the confidentiality of data, even through the adoption of the minimum security measures as per article 31 of the Code and according to the "Technical Specifications concerning security measures " [Annex (B) of the Code]. We would like to inform you that the provided data could be communicated to following subjects or categories of subjects or that the same subjects could otherwise come to know the related information: technical consultants, Bendoni Communication's employees, persons in charge of the processing of your requests. Your data shall not be spread. Also in case of communication/transfer of data in a foreign country, the processing concerned shall be carried out in full compliance with articles 42-45 of the Code, with EU Directive n. 46/95/EC for transborder data flow within the EU Member States and with the related "General Authorizations" released by the Italian Data Protection Authority and concerning the transfer of personal data towards non-EU countries. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form. 2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Article 5(2); e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing. 3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
